A lovely evening hike, we squeezed it in just before the close of the holiday weekend. We definitely ran into areas of snow, but we caught a beautiful sunset from high above and we even saw a mule deer. It was a good thing we brought our headlamps for this one, because we absolutely hiked out in the dark.
